Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health services to clients through online and telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand client needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on clinical best practices and individualized goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to enhance client outcomes.

• Utilize behavior management strategies to observe and manage client behaviors effectively, adapting approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, exchanging insights and offering counseling and psychotherapy to optimize treatment efficacy.

• Offer families essential information, skills, and support geared toward promoting their children’s development and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will engage with a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and with varying levels of mental health needs. Our clients represent a range of age groups and present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and developmental concerns. Your expertise will help to foster resilience, improve coping strategies, and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in employing cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic techniques to address client needs.

• Strong skills in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing effective and actionable treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth environments and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• Background in family therapy, child psychology, or related specialty areas.

• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems that can benefit clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health, life, dental, and vision insurance. We provide generous paid time off, as well as a profit-sharing program to reward team contributions and success.
