The Senior Director of Sales is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across multiple brands, categories, and distribution channels to drive profitable revenue growth. This role provides strategic leadership across key customer relationships, oversees a team of sales professionals, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Design, Production, Planning, Operations, and Executive Leadership to maximize business performance.

The Senior Director serves as a strategic business leader responsible for managing a complex portfolio of accounts spanning major department stores, off-price retailers, club, specialty, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and execute annual and long-range sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.

? Lead and manage a diversified portfolio of accounts across multiple brands, product categories, and retail channels.

? Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key retail partners and decision makers.

? Analyze market trends, customer performance, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

? Partner with cross-functional teams to develop assortments, pricing strategies, inventory plans, and promotional initiatives.

? Oversee account forecasting, seasonal planning, and business reviews to ensure achievement of financial goals.

? Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Account Executives, and support staff.

? Negotiate major business agreements, terms, and strategic growth initiatives with retail partners.

? Drive organizational excellence through process improvements, accountability, and talent development.

? Present business performance, forecasts, risks, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
