Administrative AideFull time position for Administrative Aide in Material Services supporting seventeen (17) Supervisors. Candidate's job functions will include but not limited to: typing, distributing and filing correspondence such as transmittals and able to type at least 45 WPM. Generating records for Specification Histories, ELCADD for drawing/document retrieval, coordinate early paycheck requests and pickup, logging documents in/out of EB3GWIP, creating word, power points and excel presentations, generate CSARs and WDS, POC for department for facility and copier problems, distribution of mail, faxes and copying documents. Have knowledge of MRPII, ELCADD and EB3GWIP files. Candidate will be responsible to ensure that the highest level of data integrity is maintained and all work is completed in support of department schedules. Attention to detail is essential.
