Administrative Project Coordinator

Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising

Administrative Project Coordinator We are looking for an Administrative Project Coordinator to support project teams by managing documentation, organization, and administrative tasks across multiple projects. Responsibilities Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence Create and maintain paper and electronic files Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management Assist with and coordinate meetings and presentations Exhibit professionalism with clients Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed Assist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices and expense reports as needed Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working as a project coordinator in an architecture office Proficiency in assisting with the creation of meeting minutes for project teams Required Qualifications Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 1 year related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is required Primary Location United States – Arizona – Phoenix Schedule Full‑time Employee Status Regular Job Posting May 21, 2026 Equal Employment Opportunity At HDR, we are committed to the principles of employment equity.
