Quality Management Specialist

This position is responsible to work with all departments to write documentation, implement and lead quality management programs, and manage project implementation to lead to passing the registration audit; after implementation, maintain and improve the quality management systems.

Required Education and Experience

• Computer literate
• Previous experience within an ISO/ITAF environment
• Previous experience with internal auditing in an ISO/ IATF16949 environment
• Post-secondary Education, College, or University
• Strong communicator in the English language, both written and oral

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
• Ability to train personnel from all levels of the facility

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• High level of time management and organizational skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Report writing and presentation
• Able to work with team members at all levels of the organization and external parties

Essential Functions

• Implement a quality management system to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure that Work Instructions are revision current.
• Assist other departments in setting up files and Work Instructions related to the QMS.
• Maintain QS Software
• Follow up on Internal Problem Reports
• Work with Quality Manager to maintain the Quality Management System documentation and records.
• Coordinate and Conduct Internal Audit Activities
• Maintain status of corrective actions.
