Please note that this position requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday at our Atlanta office in the Buckhead area. Fridays are designated as work-from-home days. Remote work options beyond this arrangement are not available for this role.

AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.

In this role, you'll:
- Hunt for New Opportunities : Prospect for potential clients through cold-calling to uncover hidden gems in the market.
- Build Relationships : Connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and position AutoLeap as the ideal solution.
- Drive Pipeline : Manage your own pipeline, from initial contact to booking demos.
- Shape Processes : Contribute to the development of our sales processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience : At least 1 year of outbound sales experience with a track record of success.
- Tech Savvy : Familiarity with sales software and a knack for learning new tools.
- Discovery Skills : Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover hidden opportunities.
- Process-Oriented : A disciplined approach to sales, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Competitive Spirit : A drive to win and a passion for exceeding expectations.
