Helen F. Dalton & Associates, P.C. is looking for a bright, motivated candidate interested in building a career in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

What you'll be doing

\n

• Working on plaintiff personal injury cases
\n
• Legal research and writing
\n
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
\n
• Reviewing medical records and learning case evaluation
\n
• Preparing cases and clients for depositions
\n
• Assisting with court appearances and depositions
\n
• Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
\n
• Learning litigation strategy from experienced attorneys
\n
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your skills develop
\n
