HVAC Service Account Executive

Position: Service Sales/Account Executive
• Manage existing and develop new accounts in the Houston metroplex.
• Sell service agreements, repairs and changeouts to new and existing customers
• Sell Service Agreements and handle service agreement renewals to customers
• Responsible for customer relationship management and entertainment.
• Develop and drive scopes on new key projects where applicable.
• Identify decision makers for potential and existing accounts and provide quotes, budgets and account specific communications.
• Verify scopes and hours for large key projects with service project manager.
• Work closely with Service Dispatcher for account specific billing.
• Inquire, when requested, as to status of payment of certain invoices
• Compensation package depends on experience. Entry level will be considered as well
