Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide independent outpatient primary care services within a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for individuals and families
• Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on healthcare decisions and management plans
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment
• Support daily clinical operations in a cost-effective manner
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities
• Work with diverse patient populations across the primary care spectrum

What You Need:

• Valid Vermont APRN license and certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience as an APRN
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
