Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper We are looking for a Bookkeeper to aid the COO and Comptroller with accounting and bookkeeping related tasks, including corporate accounting for a privately owned franchise company and bookkeeping for clients. Strong familiarity with computers and software is ideal. Attention to detail and ability to work well with others is a must. Research accounting issues Additional bookkeeper duties as necessary Bill Paying Qualifications Working experience in the accounting field. Knowledge of accounting and finance experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Experience with creating financial statements. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills Good computer and technology skills - ability to learn new software Peachtree/Sage experience is a plus Quickbooks experience is a must Background screening required before hire.
