Operations Associate

Seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Operations Associate, the full-time remote position will manage payroll processing, rollover transactions, and loan payoffs while contributing to team projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Monitor, process, and reconcile payroll files for retirement plans, including generating and reviewing payroll reports Perform quality control reviews of data and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy and compliance Collaborate with team members and internal partners to resolve issues and support process improvement initiatives Required qualifications: Strong interest in the financial services industry and retirement plan operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new systems quickly Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities effectively Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Commitment to accuracy and quality in operational tasks
