We are seeking a Dental Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will be in charge of the front desk management, insurance verification, scheduling, account receivables,
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dental front desk and personnel
- schedule and coordinate dental procedures
- Insurance verification
- account receivable and following up with outstanding insurance claims
- Treatment plan coordinator
- Work collaboratively with members of the team
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Enforce policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Dental field
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
