HVAC Estimator

Assisting in the preparation of competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, the full-time HVAC Estimator will work under the guidance of senior estimators to review mechanical drawings, perform take-offs, and generate proposals while maintaining estimate documentation. Key responsibilities Review mechanical drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates Perform take-offs for ductwork, piping, and equipment, and generate proposals Coordinate with internal teams on scope validation and bidding timelines Required qualifications 5 years of HVAC or construction-related experience General understanding of HVAC systems and terminology Working knowledge of applicable mechanical codes and standards Ability to read construction documents and mechanical plans Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn estimating software
