(With company-covered employee medical premium)Life InsuranceEligibility to voluntarily participate in a 401K plan with company match, subject to plan terms.15-days Paid Time Off earned on a non-accrual basis, following sixty days employment.Paid holidays following sixty-day employment.What You Will DoAnswer incoming calls from prospective clients in a professional and courteous mannerConduct intake interviews and gather relevant information regarding potential personal injury claimsAsk appropriate questions regarding the accident, injuries, treatment, insurance, and other relevant case informationListen carefully and identify important details that may impact the potential caseAccurately document client information and intake details in the firm's case management systemCommunicate relevant information to attorneys, case managers, and other team membersMaintain confidentiality of client and firm informationProvide consistent and exceptional customer service throughout the intake processFollow established intake procedures and firm policiesMeet established department goals and performance standardsOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualificationsSuccessful candidates will need a positive attitude along with a wide array of skills and talents, including the following:Must provide stellar customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong active listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clientsAbility to ask sensitive or challenging questions with professionalism and empathyExcellent organizational skillsKeen attention to detail and accuracyAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong judgment, common sense, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based systemsPrevious personal injury or law firm experience is preferredPrevious call center or high-volume customer service experience is preferredBilingual Spanish is highly preferredCurrent Nevada Notary Public commission is a plusWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsThis role operates in a professional, climate-controlled office with moderate noise and frequent interaction with clients and team members. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all firm and client matters.High-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.Standard work weeks require a minimum of 40 hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required based on client needs and business demands.Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for 80% or more of the workday.Constantly operates a computer, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.Frequently exchanges information in person, via telephone, email, or other approved digital platforms with prospective clients and team members.Prolonged screen and telephone use.Professional Appearance and Dress CodeMaintain a polished, professional, and client-ready appearance at all times while representing Naqvi Injury Law.
