Corporate Controller

Century Group is in search of an experienced Corporate Controller to join a team in the DTC area. Qualified candidates with 7+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $!40,000 to $180,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Closing the books
  
  
• Cash management
  
  
• PNL consolidation
  
  
• Inventory consolidation, trying to get one system with everything we do
  
  
• Intercompany billing
  
  
• Experience working in multiple systems
  
  
• Asset heavy (not so heavy in inventory)
  
  
• Strong leadership experience
  
  
• Travel- once a quarter, Utah and Arizona
  
  
• Overseeing team's in 3 different states, 7 people total on teams
  
  
• Analyzing and improving data
  
  
• Experience in a fast paced environment
  
  
• Construction billing experience
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  
  
• MBA
  
  
• Obtain a active CPA license
  
  
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  
  
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  
  
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  
  
• Able to work independently and take initiative
  
  
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
