Schedule Paid first-shift training (700 a.m. to 300 p.m.) for approximately 90 days Transition to one of the following shifts 2nd Shift 300 p.m. to 1100 p.m. 3rd Shift 1100 p.m. to 700 a.m. 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll help produce high-quality steel products used by leading automotive manufacturers across North America. Every day, you'll work with your team to safely operate equipment, move materials throughout the facility, inspect finished products, and keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities Include Operate forklifts and overhead cranes Move, stage, and handle steel safely Package, band, weigh, and inspect finished products Load and unload production equipment Perform quality checks to ensure product excellence Work safely while meeting production goals You’ll receive hands‑on training from experienced team members who are committed to helping you succeed. Required Qualifications Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work Reliable transportation is required, as this facility is not accessible by public transportation, walking, or biking Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, construction, farming, military, or other industrial environments is a plus Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or other industrial equipment is preferred, but we'll provide training for motivated candidates What To Expect We move quickly!
