In this role, you'll be a key player on our Accounting Team, helping ensure our financials are accurate, timely, and support smart business decisions. You'll collaborate across departments, dig into data, and help keep our financial engine running smoothly—all while bringing fresh ideas to the table.*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, KentuckyWhat's On Your PlatePrepare journal entries, including accruals and reclasses for P&L and balance sheetComplete monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve reconciling items with a problem-solving mindsetAnalyze monthly income statement fluctuations and provide insightsPartner with Support Center teams on key initiativesHelp drive process improvements and automation within accounting workflowsStay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSupport audit requests by gathering and preparing documentationJump in on special projects that support both field operations and internal teamsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial informationYour Recipe for SuccessBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (with at least 12 accounting hours)2+ years of accounting experienceStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSolid communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookExperience with D365, Power BI, or Cadency?
