Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.IMMEDIATE ELIGIBILITY – Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as prescription coverage, short-term disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and more.Generous 401K Matching ProgramPaid time offOpportunities for development and advancementWhat You'll DoRun day to day RDC operation in the most efficient manner possible, leading the warehouse team in daily activities (i.e. load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Customer Service Center as required)Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment (roll-loaders, dock equipment, etc.)Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent serviceMaintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service, including building synergy with local sales forceEnsure adherence to governmental (DOT, OSHA, etc.) regulations and company policies and proceduresMaintain high standards of safety, organization and inventory accuracyLead employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Other duties may be assignedWhat You'll Bring:EducationHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Associates degree preferred.Skills/ExperienceAbility to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activities in a logistics environmentIntermediate computer skillsAbility to interpret data and create useful informationAbility to root cause analyze and apply appropriate countermeasures to correct anomaliesBasic leadership skillsIntermediate customer service skillsAbility to lift and/or move miscellaneous equipment and product weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionallyGreater than 5 years experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.TravelTravel is not required.Safety-Sensitive Position Notice:This position has been designated as safety-sensitive.
