We're hiring an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Castle Automotive Group in Downers Grove.
AP/AR Clerk Responsibilities
- Calls to receivables and weekly follow-up
- Applies payments to accounts
- Runs AR statements
- Posts payables
- Completes expense analysis
- Pays vendors in a timely manner
- Reconciling statements to accounts payable; following up on any missing invoices
- Preparing a bank deposit every morning
- Orders office supplies, keep track that the dealership is stocked with the necessary items
AP/AR Clerk Qualifications
- At least three years of AP/AR experience within a dealership setting
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need

AP/AR Clerk: $21 - $23/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
