Position The Medical Office Manager is an administrative leader, working with team members to ensure excellent patient care. This position is responsible for performing the overall personnel and accounting functions. The Office Manager will be responsible for answering questions regarding billing, insurance claims, advertising promotions, payroll, and personnel policies. The position supports the mission of the clinic by demonstrating excellent customer care and staff leadership. Key Responsibilities Train, onboard, and coach staff on procedures and workflows Drive practice goals, expectations, and progress to team members Complete weekly marketing and community outreach activities Monitor inventory levels and order office/clinical supplies as needed Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally Assist patients with insurance‑related questions, concerns, and billing issues Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field 3+ years’ experience working in a fast‑paced office managing several employees, healthcare or medical office experience preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient with QuickBooks, payroll management, Microsoft Office programs, OMS and/or other scheduling software Must be able to travel outside the state for professional development opportunities as required by the practice Eyesight and dexterity must be adequate to see and manipulate small parts and print with or without magnification or assistive tools Must love dogs! We have a sweet office dog, Monix Pay and Benefits $58,000-$66,000/year base salary DOE Eligible for a performance‑based incentive plan after 90 days of employment Generous Paid Time Off program Paid Holidays Health Insurance Retirement Plan Professional Development opportunities through travel to industry training events #J-18808-Ljbffr
