Office Manager

Office Manager – Lakewood, CO Job Id: 1140 # of Openings: 1 We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team of talented professionals in our Lakewood, CO location. Responsibilities Perform broad range of administrative functions, including but not limited to: Answer calls on a multi‑line telephone system. Administrative support in processing and preparation of service agreements, project binders, reference binders, laminated photo cards, and maintaining tracking spreadsheets. Support other team members when needed (photos, file downloads, etc.). Basic accounting duties such as distribution of checks, filing purchases, and credit card reconciliation. General office management duties, including: Maintaining inventory. Scheduling building maintenance. Meeting preparation and scheduling. Ordering lunch for meetings or office events. Maintaining calendars for conference rooms. Reviewing, sorting, and distributing mail and other correspondence. Coordinating the shipping of mail and packages. Ordering and maintaining office supply, grocery, and forms inventory. Equipment management. Fleet vehicle management. Building maintenance and repair scheduling. Coordinating staff events such as cookouts, off‑site outings, and other company events. Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalency and five to ten years of administrative assistance experience, or a combination of post‑high school education and experience equal to ten years. Experience as an executive assistant preferred, or experience as an administrative assistant in construction, insurance, or expert consultation industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work within a team. Document management and control experience. Basic mathematical calculation skills. Experience maintaining filing systems and accurate records. Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple work assignments simultaneously. Time‑management skills. Decision‑making skills. Knowledge of basic computer operations. Knowledge of office practices, procedures, professionalism and etiquette. Intermediate to advanced skill in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
