Location: 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen, MN, USA

Compensation: $16$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: ThursdayMonday (Part-Time) Includes mandatory staffing for the annual Celebration event in June

Reports To: Operations and Administrative Manager

Position Summary:

• The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and customers, providing a welcoming, professional, and organized front desk experience while supporting tour operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Check in guests for scheduled tours and events
• Monitor lobby traffic, work areas, and overall customer flow
• Facilitates correspondence with customers
• Communicate all customer questions, concerns, and complaints to management in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Customer Relations, Administrative, and Tour Operations teams
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive guest interactions
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Active listening and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Technical proficiency in customer records management, word processing, databases, email, and chat software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain upright and stationary for extended periods during a shift
• Ability to move throughout the lobby and front desk areas as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or supplies weighing up to approximately 25 pounds
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and scanners
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic means

Note: As Prince was a pescatarian, Paisley Park is a pescatarian food environment. Eggs, fish, and cheese are fine; beef, pork, chicken, and other meats can be eaten in your car, or you may take meals off-site.
