Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions with clients across all age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize our billing service to manage client accounts, insurance claims, payment plans, and eligibility verifications effectively.

• Maintain timely documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments for clients efficiently and keep your calendar updated to maximize client access and satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills are necessary to maintain a successful practice.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least 2 evenings per week to accommodate clients’ schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n
