Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues.

• Manage a diverse caseload, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy notes using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Conduct benefit and eligibility checks to ensure clients have access to appropriate resources, with our billing service handling claims and insurance communications.

• Schedule client appointments efficiently to optimize your calendar and ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic techniques while being adaptable to each client's unique needs, resulting in personalized care plans and session outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses individuals and couples across various age groups seeking mental health support. Your role will significantly impact their emotional well-being and personal growth, as you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to implement culturally competent practices and enhance their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW licensure, allowing independent practice.

• Demonstrated professionalism and excellent therapeutic boundaries, with self-motivation and a commitment to continued learning.

• Superior organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload effectively.

• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings per week for client sessions.

• Experience working with a range of clinical presentations, demonstrating adaptability and a comprehensive skill set.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
