That’s where you come in. Responsibilities Build and lead programs that scale across the organization. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle. Communicate across product, engineering, design, and data science units. Drive well‑educated decisions and simplify technically complex problems. Develop and grow a team of TPMs, building the foundations for the TPM practice. Collaborate across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing. 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture – preferably AWS. 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms. 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery. 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with large cross‑functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and unblocking teams to land business impact. Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering. MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience. Salary and Benefits The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000. Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100. This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
