Director of Regional Sales (Phoenix)

The Director of Regional Sales is responsible for developing new business and growing client relationships with a focus on the Phoenix, AZ market. This full-time remote position reports to the regional sales leader overseeing the Arizona market and combines inside and outside sales, territory development, and local and state-wide marketing events.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and follow up on Phoenix as well as Arizona sales leads; document client needs, budgets, and opportunities.
• Present CSI services to prospective clients and connect their needs with appropriate solutions.
• Build relationships with community associations, property managers, and new and existing clients.
• Advance sales opportunities and negotiate within approved limits, coordinating agreements with the appropriate CSI teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, unit counts, forecasts, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Client Success, and Project Management on materials, proposals, and client handoffs.
• Provide the regional sales leader with weekly updates on pipeline, sales progress, events, and next steps.
• Develop industry relationships and referral opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Supply complete client information and coordinate with Sales Operations for proposal processing.
• Liaison for client communications, presentations, escalations, and property management and decision makers.
• Represent CSI at CAI events, industry meetings, and other approved sales and marketing activities.
• Coordinate and deliver lunch-and-learns and client presentations; follow up on event-generated leads.
• Own company approved direct marketing campaigns.
• Support events in other Arizona markets as assigned and perform related sales duties.
• All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills Abilities and Knowledge

• Ability to learn industry related information to thoroughly to accurately educate the client
• Industry knowledge in telecommunications, B2B sales, real estate, community and/or property management, condominium and homeowners associations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated success in relationship-based sales, customer service, negotiations, and managing a sales funnel.
• Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency with CRM software and consistent follow-up practices.
• Strong written communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage decision-makers and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills. 
• Professional judgment and responsiveness when managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role while meeting established goals and reporting requirements.

Related Work Experience

• Experience developing sales opportunities and coordinating or negotiating sales agreements.
• Three to five years of relevant industry or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Performance Expectations

• Meet an annual sales goal, with first-year expectations adjusted by sales leadership based on start date and the initial training period.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, complete timely client and event follow-up, and report progress toward established sales goals using company-defined unit-credit criteria.

Working Conditions

• Satisfactorily complete a background check.
• Full-time remote position based in the Phoenix area.
• Travel at the discretion of Converged Services, Inc.
• Travel supports but is not limited to, and approved with sales leadership: client meetings, corporate meetings, CAI events, and lunch-and-learns.
