Payer GTM Specialist

Owning the end-to-end launch of regional payer products, the full-time remote Payer GTM Specialist will develop sales enablement collateral and ensure internal teams have the necessary tools to drive enrollment. Key responsibilities Drive the creation of payer-specific marketing materials and maintain knowledge of product features and value-based care terms Manage a portfolio of payer products and specialized projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables from contract signature to market activation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness and alignment with growth targets, while reporting on product and campaign performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or go-to-market execution Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement Direct experience in Payer Contracting/Value Based Care is preferred
