Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry to ensure accurate calculation of payroll. Responsibilities include entering supplied data into computer system, compiling, calculating, tabulating, auditing and verifying information, handling inquiries related to preparation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, participating in the maintenance of employee records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices, assisting on audits by providing records and documentation to auditors, identifying updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures, supporting the Payroll team by assisting in the Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing Procedures, entering, transcribing, recording, storing, maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form, assisting in reviewing time sheets, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies, and providing information to employees/managers on payroll matters, tax issues and related payroll inquiries.

Skills/Other: Solid organizational skills and deadline-driven. Meticulous attention to detail and unerring accuracy. Knowledge with ADP Workforce Now Knowledge with Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office; Email Software Ethical and Trustworthy.

Education/Training: High school graduate or equivalent, required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus. Experienced with using ADP Software and MS Office Suite.

Experience: 2-3 Years experience with ADP Workforce Now Pay: $30-$40/hr
