We strive to be commercial and innovative, focused on deeply understanding the nuances of global and business unit dynamics and seeking unconventional ways of approaching our relationships with our people.What You'll DoSupport the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs for employeesRespond to employee questions about benefits, plan options, enrollment steps, and general policy informationManage benefits enrollment, employee eligibility, status changes, and data updates in HR systemsPartner with payroll, HR operations, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve employee issues and maintain accurate dataMaintain benefits records, plan documents, employee communications, and internal resources that support a consistent employee experienceAssist with audits, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and enrollment data reviews to support accurate benefits administrationSupport annual open enrollment through communications, system testing, employee education, and post-enrollment reviewTrack and help administer employee leaves of absence in coordination with internal teams and benefits vendorsMonitor benefits processes for alignment with applicable federal, state, and local regulationsIdentify opportunities to improve benefits processes, documentation, and employee supportWhat's Required0-2 years of experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, customer service, or administrative supportBachelor's degree from an accredited universityStrong interest in employee benefits, total rewards, or HR operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information with discretionComfort working with data, spreadsheets, and HR systems to support accurate benefits administrationProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent communication and customer service skills when responding to employee questions and explaining benefits informationStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environmentAbility to work collaboratively with team members, internal stakeholders, and benefits vendorsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe Take Care of Our PeopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
