Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist in Titusville, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:45 AM - 05:45 PMTue05:45 AM - 05:45 PMWed05:45 AM - 05:45 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site protocols, helping to support restricted-area controls for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries. Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol activities, and policy-related concerns, and relay important information during shift handoff to support ongoing site operations. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
