FA Partner Success Manager

Are you motivated by uncapped earning potential and the chance to grow into a full-cycle Business Development Manager role?This role is designed for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting environments while learning the fundamentals of enterprise and partnership sales alongside experienced senior sales leaders.The AE role combines the energy and hustle of an SDR with the development path of an Account Executive. You will actively source and qualify opportunities while gaining exposure to the full integrated payments sales cycle through mentorship, joint calls, and strategic partner engagement.What You’ll DoProspect and build pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, conferences, and industry engagementIdentify software companies, SaaS platforms, and technology partners that could benefit from integrated payment solutionsQualify prospective ISV and technology partners through discovery conversations and researchSchedule and coordinate meetings for Senior Business Development Manager and sales leadershipPartner closely with Senior Business Development Manager to learn the complete sales lifecycle, including:Discovery and qualificationSolution positioningDeal strategyCommercial discussionsContract executionPartner onboardingParticipate in conferences, partner meetings, webinars, and networking eventsMaintain accurate pipeline activity and prospect engagement within CRM systemsSupport strategic targeting initiatives across key verticals and industriesCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partner success, and integration teamsDevelop foundational knowledge of integrated payments, SaaS partnerships, and embedded finance solutionsGrowth & Development OpportunityThis role is intentionally structured as a career development path into a full Business Development Manager position.You will:Receive direct mentorship from experienced ISV sales leadersParticipate in live deal strategy and partner conversationsGain exposure to enterprise sales processes and integrated payments solutionsBuild experience managing pipeline and partner engagementDevelop presentation, negotiation, and business development skillsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's and 3 years' of experience or HS/GED and 7 years' of experienceExperience in SalesExperience growing pipeline partnersKnowledge of computer software including Salesforce, Microsoft office suitePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in the payments industryHighly organized and self-starterAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detailExcellent communication skills and good listenerAbility to work cross functionally with other departmentsAbility to manage multiple partnerships at one timeAdditional Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderBenefitsIn line with our commitment to employee wellbeing, our total rewards benefits package is designed to support the physical, financial, and emotional health of our employees, tailored to meet their unique and evolving needs.
