About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense (OEM) to join their team. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients in the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance across the global practice. The role demands a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on account execution to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the position also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Applicants must have a minimum of a BA/BS +12 years' experience, or equivalent, with at least 4 years' of leadership experience. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with Prime System Integrator and US DOW agencies, commercial knowledge of the industry, and leadership experience across geographies and multidisciplinary teams. The role also requires a deep sector expertise in defense systems. Key responsibilities include defining and leading the strategy for Prime System Integrator engagement, serving as the executive-level CAM for priority accounts, and driving bookings, revenue growth, and portfolio quality. The candidate should be commercially astute, with executive stakeholder engagement skills, and have a background in advanced manufacturing.
