Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. The therapist will work in a multidisciplinary team and manage patients across various units. Competence in the use of specialized equipment such as high-frequency oscillators is required. Candidates should be comfortable working with a diverse patient population including neonates, infants, and adolescents. The role may involve rotating weekend and holiday shifts. The schedule follows a self-scheduling model, with efforts made to accommodate preferred work hours where possible. This position requires familiarity with aerosol setup, intubation assistance, and respiratory distress management. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
