We are conducting a confidential search for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established and growing construction firm specializing in multifamily housing and development projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, growth, and excellent benefits.
What You'll Do
- Provide project coordination and administrative support across multifamily construction projects
- Assist with estimating and bid preparation
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and records
- Utilize Procore and related construction software to streamline project management
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of construction or project coordination experience (multifamily preferred)
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree or higher preferred
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $60K - $70K (based on experience)
