Service Representative/Courier

Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostics and healthcare innovation, seeks a Service Representative Courier to join our team at 100 North Tustin Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780. Job Responsibilities Cover routes and complete daily pick‑up schedule on time. Load supplies needed for daily pickups. Deliver specimens and lab supplies to the branch at shift end. Handle all specimens and samples safely and efficiently. Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws. Use handheld device to manage daily pickups. Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pick‑ups as needed. Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions. Minimum Qualifications No experience or education required. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of experience as a driver or medical courier. At least 6 months of customer service experience. Additional Job Standards Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Minimum age 21 years. Punctual with strong time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to problem‑solve customer issues. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Pay USD 17.75 – 26.12 per hour, plus 2nd‑shift differentials.
