Job Description
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Sign individuals in and out of the facility. Answer and route incoming calls efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.

The Successful Applicant
Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays from 7am-3pm. The location is the East Village. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems.
