Used Vehicle Manager

We are seeking a results-driven, high-energy Used Vehicle Manager to lead our pre-owned automotive department. In this role, you will be the absolute driver of department sales, profitability and market share. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of our used car operations—from strategic inventory sourcing to building, coaching, and motivating an elite sales team. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of successful automotive sales management experience, with a heavy emphasis on pre-owned operations. Software Proficiency: Deep expertise using modern dealership management systems (DMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and specialized inventory appraisal software. Market Knowledge: Sharp understanding of wholesale pricing, market volatility, financing options (both prime and subprime), and digital auction platforms. Leadership Traits: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on high-integrity business practices.
