Founding Account Executive

Building the independent clinic sales motion from the ground up, the full-time Founding Account Executive will identify target practices, run discovery calls, deliver demos, negotiate, and close agreements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Map and prioritize the independent veterinary clinic landscape to create a target account list Own the full sales cycle from initial meetings to signed agreements, delivering tailored product demos Define and iterate on sales messaging and build a scalable sales playbook based on field insights Required qualifications 2-5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or veterinary software Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in prospecting and closing Experience selling to small and mid-size business owners or practice managers Strong understanding of value-based, consultative selling and customer ROI articulation Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
