What You’ll Do As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assisting in maintaining and reconciling financial records and ledgers.
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Communicating with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies.
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all financial matters.
