Other duties may be assigned.Services provided include:Oil and filter changeBrake servicesBatteriesTire rotationWipersFluidsFiltersLamps and bulbsDiagnostic scanningSoftware updatesAccessories installationPower systems analysis (PSA)RecallsCommunicates daily with mobile service coordinatorFollow time management and appointment scheduleMaintain a clean and organized vanPerforms work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts and keep proper inventory in stock on vanSaves and tags parts of the job if warranty or requested by the customerReturns all warranty parts to the parts departmentPerforms a video multi-point inspection on all vehicles and advises if further safety or service work is required or recommendedCommunicates with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs can not be completedDocuments all work performed and recommended on the repair order in accordance with manufacturer’s policies and procedures with cause and correction.Keeps abreast of manufacturer’s technical bulletinsReports equipment failures, defects of malfunctions to service manager ASAPEnsures customers cars are kept clean. Notify the service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance of condition of the vehicleMaintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools. Returns them to their proper place and in the same condition.
