Life Reconcile Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will provide compassionate mental health care to individuals and families, utilizing your expertise as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time remote work setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring you can effectively address the needs of your clients. You will operate primarily from an outpatient office environment, where you will utilize digital platforms to connect with patients, manage appointments, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with legal standards. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that explore the unique experiences of each patient to formulate and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in both individual and group therapy settings that respect and respond to the diverse backgrounds of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation strategies and crisis management skills.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive continuity of care for patients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, potential treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their well-being.
\n
• Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery within our practice.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a wide array of clients, including those from minority backgrounds, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to address unique mental health challenges that arise within these communities, fostering resilience and empowering clients through culturally aware therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and a commitment to cultural responsiveness in therapy.
\n
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions in a manner that is inclusive and responsive to clients’ diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities, with a calm and composed approach to high-pressure situations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other necessary technology applications.
\n
• A strong commitment to professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
