This individual will interact cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in billing and timeliness in receivables, contributing directly to the company's financial health.Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities:Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely mannerMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balancesProcess customer payments and apply them accurately to accountsResolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate customer account records and support month-end closing processesAssist with credit checks and setting up new customer accountsCollaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to streamline receivables and improve cash flowSupport continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades as the company scalesAccounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
