The organization offers a very laid-back culture with casual dress (jeans daily), a beautiful newer office building, and a genuinely kind and collaborative team atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesPerform weekly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accountsInvestigate and resolve reconciliation variances and discrepanciesManage reconciliations involving checks, ACH, cash activity, credit cards, and daily bank sweepsWork within multiple entities and general ledgersAssist with more complex credit card reconciliationsPull documentation and create reports for upcoming auditsSupport audit preparation activities during fiscal year-endFollow established SOPs and written work instructionsWork within multiple banking platforms and accounting systemsQualificationsRequired1–2 years of accounting experience with a focus on reconciliationsUnderstanding of reconciliation processes and ability to investigate discrepancies independentlyStrong Excel skillsComfortable asking questions and problem-solvingPreferredSage Intacct experienceAudit exposure or audit preparation experienceGoogle Workspace experienceExperience using AI tools to improve efficiencies and workflows
