As a smaller company, every team member plays an important role and has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesSet up new projects within the ERP system by importing bids from bidding software and reviewing for accuracyOrganize and maintain electronic job folders, documentation, and standardized work instructionsClose completed jobs by updating records, moving files, researching discrepancies, and coordinating with Finance and Administrative teamsPrepare and process approximately 50 customer invoices per week within the ERP systemReview project manager billing requests, identify potential issues, and manually enter invoices for Time & Material projectsCreate invoice review packets by compiling reports and supporting documentation into PDF format for internal review prior to customer billingMaintain accurate records and follow established procedures for all processesQualifications1-2+ years of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, or billing experienceExperience accurately processing invoices and maintaining organized documentationAbility to follow detailed, documented procedures and work with a high level of accuracyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP systems; Viewpoint experience is a plusAccounts Payable experience is a plusConstruction or project-based accounting experience is highly preferred
