About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader (Night Shift)
• Pay Range: $24 - $30/hour + Annual Performance Bonus

What You'll Do:

1. Responsible for the daily management of the exception handling post, including staff scheduling, training on daily discrepancy handling methods, and monitoring the quantity of the discrepancy center

2. Responsible for the daily management and discrepancy clearance of overstock, and monitoring the progress of overstock handling

3. Follow up on key projects, such as customer-dimension inventory counting, warehouse relocation, night shift replenishment, etc.

4. Working hours: 12:30-22:00 PM

About You:

1. Proficient in computer operations, familiar with WMS systems, and preferably with warehouse experience

2. Able to communicate in Chinese and English, with no barriers in communicating with frontline warehouse staff

3. Down-to-earth and meticulous, responsible for result delivery, with strong execution capabilities; will be mentored on-site by experienced team leaders and warehouse managers;
