Administrative / Office Assistant (Long-Term Onsite) We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a long-term onsite assignment. If you have strong administrative skills, a background in office support, and are comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
- Records & Data Management: Sort, maintain, and update physical and digital files alphabetically or numerically; use computers to access information and perform general clerical duties.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Create and maintain team schedules, manage overtime distribution lists, coordinate training for Field Reps, and organize meetings/huddles.
- Payroll & Timekeeping: Handle payroll and timekeeper responsibilities, including reconciling receipts for field representatives.
- Operations Support: Manage the calibrated equipment exchange process, distribute primary read routes, verify and communicate workloads, and record safety meeting minutes.
- Communications & Supplies: Answer telephones, relay messages, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and order office supplies as needed.
- General Support: Use computers (and occasionally typewriters) to create labels or address envelopes, offering miscellaneous office support to leadership.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant clerical or office assistant experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with standard office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage specialized lists/schedules.
