Pay Range: $23 to $25 per hour
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm/9am-6pm Monday - Friday
Work Arrangement: Onsite

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Review invoices, supporting work orders, and related documentation to confirm everything is approved before entry.
• Enter invoice details accurately and balance batches for payment processing.
• Process and organize completed A/P batches, including filing and storage preparation.
• Handle incoming A/R phone calls from plan holders, realtors, and closing companies regarding renewals, cancellations, added options, and payment updates.
• Process renewal requests received by mail and enter related information into the system.
• Accept and process payments according to established procedures and standards.
• Gather needed information efficiently while keeping communication clear and professional.
• Support timely completion of assigned tasks and special projects.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related accounting support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong 10-key skills with proven accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfort handling inbound calls and delivering courteous, professional customer service.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and keep work moving with consistency.
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Solid attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
