Senior Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce's client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Manager professional to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs. In this role you will need to have large firm experience managing health, welfare, and retirement plans, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective delivery of benefits that support a positive employee experience. This client offers salary, health benefits and other company perks and discounts.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, administration, and execution of employee benefit programs
• Manage relationships with benefit vendors, brokers, and external partners
• Lead annual open enrollment, including communications, events, and system setup
• Develop and execute employee communication campaigns to increase benefits awareness and participation
• Analyze program effectiveness using key metrics and utilization data
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to recommend enhancements
• Ensure accurate benefits administration and support ongoing process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of employee benefits experience
• Previous leadership or management experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience with HRIS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
