Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person settings, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage families in the therapy process, fostering open communication and collaboration between family members.

• Document progress notes and treatment updates accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinic proudly serves a diverse clientele, focusing on the unique mental health needs of teens, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our clients often seek support in dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in helping clients overcome barriers to mental health and fostering therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license is essential.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to provide bilingual psychotherapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in working with individuals and families.

• Training in Evidence-Based Therapies such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Strong commitment to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.

• Punctual, demonstrating regular attendance and dependability in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specialized populations or presenting issues such as grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, or perinatal mental health.

• Designed a specialization area of therapy practice.
\n
• Prior experience working as an in-network provider with at least one insurance panel.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus is also provided as an incentive to join our team.
