Brown Road Family Medicine – Mesa, Arizona Compensation: $115,000-$145,000 DOE, plus bonus opportunities Brown Road Family Medicine is a well-established, independently physician-owned family medicine practice in North Mesa. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional primary care and building long-term relationships with patients. Position Highlights Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week Competitive salary based on experience and schedule Performance bonus opportunities Additional income opportunities through participation in clinical research studies Established patient panel Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day Shared telephone call approximately one week per month No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff Physician-owned practice with a collaborative culture Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care visits, wellness examinations, and patient education. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Arizona regulationsDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide preventive care and wellness counseling Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Qualifications Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board Certification (FNP-C, FNP-BC, or PA-C) Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Primary care or family medicine experience Experience with eClinicalWorks (preferred but not required) New graduates with strong clinical training and an interest in primary care are encouraged to apply.
